  2. You can freely choose your account type. But for Students you can try the EIP (Easy Investment Program) Account, minimum Initial Investment of P5,000 for buying and Selling of Stocks.   1. Open an account in Citisec: Visit Citisec Online personally at 2403B East Tower, Philippine Stock Exchange Center, Exchange Rd. Ortigas Center, Pasig City 1605 Philippines .

  2. https://www.colfinancial.com/ape/Final2/home/open_an_account.asp download all the Forms needed. You can also send the requirements via mail in the address provided above if you don’t have enough time to go to PSE.

  3. Requirements ( for Student)

    • Fill out and understand Application Forms

    Customer Account Information Form

    Specimen Signature Card

    Online Trading Securities Agreement

    • For Foreign Citizens

    Call the hotline of Citisec at 6-515-888 for further instructions

    •Additional Requirements

    1. 1×1 Photo

    2. Identity Validations Requirements:

    -Either 2 Valid IDs or (1 School ID and current Registration Card and NSO Birth certificate).

    How to get your NSO Birth Certificate:

  • Go to any SM Department Store near you and search for Costumers Services for external transactions and Government Svc, -Bring 1 Valid ID.

  • Fill up the form that will be given.

  • Service fee in SM will be P150.00

  • You can get your Birth Certificate 2-3 days prior to your application.

  1. To students that are unemployed and still studying, TIN #/ GSIS # is not necessary. Billing statement is also not necessary.

  2. You can give your 1st Investment fund over the counter in Citisec Office but I would like to recommend to you to have your own Bank Account for easy access and additional online feature. Have an account to Metrobank/BPI/BDO for funding. In my case I applied to BDO (Banco De Oro) and apply to the bank nearest to you! .

    Here’s how to apply a Bank Account. Requirements:

  • 2 pcs of 2×2 Pics

  • P 2,000.00 (ATM Debit Card) or P5,000 (with Passbook) as Maintaining Balance

  • 2 Valid ID’s, but in my case I only have school ID and my present Registration Card so I added a Barangay Clearance with a Purpose: Create a Bank Account.
